  • 8 week mindful meditation introduction course – Next starting date 13/04/2021, each Tuesday at 08.00PM till 09.30PM
  • 4 sessions on different topics ( e.g. patience, non-judgment, trust, acceptance, generosity, loving kindness)
  • weekly meditation gathering

Companies and organizations

  • 8 week awareness course
  • different talks on topics as awareness, Self development and Self compassion
  • possibility to design together with the group, see what lives within the group and create the sessions needed
